NOTICE: Effective April 1, 2012 we will increase the base shipping cost to $10 and orders including a flag stand will increase by $2.

As we have always stated, we don't try to get rich on shipping charges, but we need to break even. And, as has been our long-time policy, if we can ship your order for less than what the computer charges, we will reduce the charge. Since the January "modest" increase of USPS shipping charges, we have seen significant increases in our costs of packages over four pounds travelling more than a hundred miles. Thank you all for your understanding.

On the flip side, for orders shipped within California, effective April 1, 2012 sales tax will be reduced to 7.25%.

Credit Card Processing: Our credit card processor requires us to enter the CVV (Card Verification Value) for credit card transactions. If you are not asked for your CVV during the Yahoo! Webstore checkout process, please enter it in the comment field so we don't have to disturb you with a phone call to ask for it.

Getting started: Begin building your flag collection in the Flag, Bag, Stand Sets section. Here you will find sets of basic oval or road course flags plus bags and aluminum flag stands. Then you can select additional flags that you might need in the Individual Flags section.

Piece by piece: If you are rounding out an existing collection or our sets don't meet your needs, you can go to the Individual Flags and Bags, Stands, etc. sections to pick out the pieces separately.

We have been able to build a decent stock in our standard size flags and should be able to ship most orders the next day. If we don't have an item in stock, it may take two to three weeks. You will be notified by e-mail of anticipated shipment time upon the receipt of your order.

We strive to process and ship your order within one day. More time may be needed for large quantity or special orders or at peak busy times.

If for some reason, we are not able to fill your order within a couple of days, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
